The London Gender Affirming Clinic (LGAC) is a specialist service supporting access to gender-affirming surgical and non-surgical care through a closely aligned clinical team and trusted partner providers.

We work with adults seeking gender-affirming treatments and provide structured coordination, guidance, and support throughout your care journey.

Whilst surgical treatment is provided by Mr Michail Vourvachis and Mr Jag Chana, both independent, qualified and experienced plastic surgery consultants, LGAC works alongside them as part of a consistent and closely coordinated team. This allows for continuity, clarity, and a shared understanding of each individual’s goals.

    Whilst clinical assessments and treatments take place with independent clinicians and partner providers, LGAC supports patients remotely and in person, depending on the stage of care and individual needs. This allows us to coordinate and support gender-affirming care across locations, while maintaining clear communication and continuity throughout the process.

  • No. You do not need a referral or a referral letter to contact LGAC. However, referral letters will be required before booking certain treatments as per the WPATH guidelines.
